1. General Policy
At BT E-Comm, we deal in construction and building materials, many of which are non-returnable by nature (such as cement, TMT bars, solar panels, and bulk/customized orders). However, we value customer satisfaction and accept returns/refunds in genuine cases of damage or incorrect delivery, as outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 120 hours of delivery.
Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible.
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Cement
TMT Bars
- Bricks
Solar Panels & Solar Power Plants
Bulk/Customized Orders
Products like paints, machines, and hardware items are non-returnable by default but may qualify for a return if received in a damaged or wrong condition.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as mutually agreed between the customer and BT E-Comm.
Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
In case of return fraud (e.g., product tampering, usage, or false claims), BT E-Comm reserves the right to deny refunds.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
If cancelled after dispatch, both outgoing and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Bulk/Customized orders cannot be cancelled.
5. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products
If the product is damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent, BT E-Comm will bear the full return shipping cost and issue a replacement/refund.
For defective machines or equipment under manufacturer warranty, customers must contact the manufacturer’s helpline directly. If the product is not covered by warranty, BT E-Comm cannot be held responsible.
6. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to BT E-Comm’s error (wrong/damaged product), we bear the shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer’s change of mind or ineligible product, the customer bears the shipping cost.
