Shipping Policy

  1. Serviceable Area

    • We currently ship orders only within India.

    • While there are no direct pincode restrictions on our website, delivery depends on the availability of our courier partners’ network.

  2. Delivery Partners

    • Orders are shipped via Envia.com, which connects us with trusted partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Amazon Shipping.

    • Courier partners may change from time to time depending on service availability.

  3. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping rates are calculated in real time and displayed at checkout.

    • Rates are directly based on courier partner charges through Envia.

  4. Dispatch Time

    • Orders are generally processed and dispatched the same day or the next business day.

    • We remain closed on Saturdays, so orders placed on Friday evening or Saturday are dispatched on the following business day.

  5. Delivery Timeframe

    • Delivery times vary depending on the courier partner and the delivery location.

    • Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout but are subject to courier service availability.

  6. Order Tracking

    • Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor their order status.

  7. Delivery Issues

    • Incorrect Address: If the provided delivery address is incorrect, our courier partners may attempt to validate it. If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned to us.

    • Undeliverable Orders: In such cases, we will notify you and arrange either a reshipment (with applicable charges) or a refund.

  8. Damaged Shipments

    • If an item is damaged during transit, BT E-Comm will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to the customer.

    • Customers are advised to report damages within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the package/product.

  9. Product-Specific Restrictions

    • Cement orders are restricted to Uttarakhand as per manufacturer’s distribution policy. Orders placed outside Uttarakhand for cement will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

  10. Exceptions & Force Majeure

  • Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, or service disruptions by courier partners.

  • BT E-Comm is not liable for such delays but will make every effort to keep customers informed
