    • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information (name, contact, billing, delivery).

    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, fraud, or unavailability of goods.

    3. RFQ (Request for Quote) Orders

    • Certain products (e.g., TMT Bars, Solar Plants) are available only through quotation.

    • Customers must provide accurate details for quotations (e.g., site address, load details, electricity bill, etc.).

    • RFQ orders require 100% advance payment before processing or dispatch.

    • Once paid, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

    4. Payments

    • Payments may be made through Razorpay or other gateways listed on the website.

    • If authorization is not received from your bank/payment provider, we are not liable for delay or non-delivery.

    5. Delivery & Logistics

    • Delivery timelines will be informed at the time of order/quotation.

    • Customers are responsible for unloading, storage, and site readiness.

    • Our responsibility ceases once material is handed over to the carrier. Thereafter, risk passes to the customer.

    • Errors & Omissions Excepted (E&OE).

    6. Returns & Cancellations

    • Online store orders: Returns are accepted only in case of wrong, damaged, or missing products, subject to verification.

    • RFQ orders (bulk/quotation-based): Strictly non-cancellable and non-returnable.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method.

    7. Product Responsibility

    • We deliver goods in “as received” condition from manufacturers/authorized distributors.

    • All warranties, performance claims, and defects are the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturer/brand.

    • Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for such issues.

    • BT E-Comm acts only as a retailer/reseller.

    8. Intellectual Property

    • All original content on this website (text, descriptions, design, and images created by BT E-Comm) is our property.

    • Trademarks, logos, and brand product images (e.g., Asian Paints, Berger, Indostar, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and sales purposes.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    • Our liability for any claim is limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific order.

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities).

    • Product performance and quality remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
